Based on the research we can make the following conclusions:

The innovative economy is a scientific term.

There is an explanation of the concept of innovative economics.

The innovative economy is based in its essence on a formal model of civilization development.

With the theories of I. Schumpeter and N. Kondratiev, we have ensured the theoretical generalization of the issue and the practical actions for economic policies.

The doctrinal opinions of Schumpeter in relation to the transformation of capitalism are highly relevant in western scientific circles and in developed countries there is a real prerequisite for that.

Trust in the modern world is the key factor. As a result of the research we have created high level of public confidence and we have defined efficient development of innovative economics in the model of market socialism.

As a result of the research we found that the actual data on the innovative economy is not perfect at all and accordingly the theoretical generalization is non-systematic.
